Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for using Currelo to plan, collaborate on, and publish social content through accounts you are authorized to manage.

Effective September 11, 2026 Version 2026-09-11

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, joining a workspace, or otherwise using Currelo, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Currelo for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization and its workspace members.

2. The Currelo service

Currelo is a workspace for planning social content, collaborating with a team, connecting eligible social accounts, requesting publication, and reviewing available account and post information. Features, formats, and data availability can vary by plan, social network, account type, geography, and the permissions granted to Currelo.

Currelo is an independent service. It is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or responsible for any social network unless we expressly say otherwise. The names of social networks are used only to identify compatible services.

3. Accounts and workspace access

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except to the extent it results from our failure to maintain reasonable security measures.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing their members' access and ensuring that members act with appropriate authority. Do not share accounts or use another person's account without permission.

4. Social-account connections and publishing

You may connect only social accounts that you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for ensuring that the people in your workspace have the authority to connect, access, schedule, and publish to those accounts.

You instruct Currelo to send a publishing request when you publish or schedule content through the service. A scheduled request may be sent at the time you select unless it is cancelled, changed, or prevented by a technical, permission, or platform issue. Currelo cannot guarantee that a social network will accept, display, distribute, or preserve every post.

Your use of a connected social network remains subject to that network's terms, policies, developer rules, community standards, and technical limits. If those rules conflict with these terms, the stricter applicable requirement controls your use of that network.

5. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you submit to Currelo. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to host, reproduce, adapt, transmit, and display that content only as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve Currelo and to carry out the actions you request, such as collaboration, scheduling, publishing, and analytics.

You are responsible for your content and for obtaining all rights, permissions, notices, and consents necessary to use it. This includes rights in media, music, trademarks, personal information, and any third-party material. You must not use Currelo to publish content that violates law or another party's rights.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Currelo to:

  • break applicable law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; or violate a social network's rules;
  • create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, harmful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or fraudulent material;
  • send spam, manipulate engagement, impersonate others, or use automation in a way that violates a platform's policies;
  • gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, credentials, or data, or probe, disrupt, or interfere with Currelo;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or provide access to Currelo except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
  • use Currelo in a way that could harm its users, social networks, or the public.

7. Third-party services

Currelo relies on third-party services, including social networks, hosting, and communications providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their content, or changes they make to their APIs, policies, permissions, or features. We may change, limit, or remove a connection or feature when needed to comply with those requirements or protect the service.

8. Plans, fees, and changes

If Currelo offers paid plans, the applicable pricing, billing cycle, taxes, and cancellation terms will be presented before you are charged. We may update the service, plans, or these terms as the product and legal requirements evolve. We will post updates with a new effective date and provide additional notice of material changes when required by law.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Currelo at any time and disconnect social accounts through the service or the relevant platform. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, protect security, comply with law or third-party platform requirements, or address a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Currelo is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or platform-approved service; a particular reach, engagement result, or business outcome; or that a social network will accept or preserve content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Currelo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
